I'm Almost 52 Years Old, Female. I Have Been Experiencing

I'm almost 52 years old, female. I have been experiencing a very sharp pain in my left shoulder blade for about the past 24 hours. The pain seemed to appear from no where. My concern is my family history of heart disease. I feel silly though because I don't think it is my heart. What could be causing this pain?
