Im Almost Done My Methadone Treatment Plan And My Doctor

Im almost done my methadone treatment plan and my doctor is in Peterborough and they never sent my prescription over last Thursday when i spoke to them . there should be a dose for today with 5 carries which i needed today and now my pharmacy is closed and I have left multiple messages for my doctor and he hasn't responded. is there anything I can do?
