I'm Almost Six Weeks Post Op From A Revision Laminectomy/Disectomy

I'm almost six weeks post op from a revision Laminectomy/Disectomy with fusion in L4, L5 and S1.

Yesterday, we had an extremely stressful day trying to get a standby flight finally boarding a plane 12 hours after arriving at the airport for a two hour flight.

I was certain to eat yesterday and not fast food. I had Shrimp Linguini with shrimp preceded by a large dinner salad that had tomatoes, cucumbers, leaf and Romaine lettuce, red onions, croutons with Blue Cheese Rabbit food topping. I also had a breadstick with my meal.

Although most of what I mentioned is probably not relevant to my question, I try to include as much information as possible.

Today, I woke up very dizzy and it has not gone away. I've tried to drink a lot of water and rest.

I've had a lot of on and off dizziness since my first back surgery on July 25, 2015. My revision surgery was February 15, 2016. Could all of this dizziness, which I never had prior to July 25, 2014 all be related to my surgery(ies)?
