Im Am 29 Years Old And Uncircumcised Male.i Have Problem

Im am 29 years old and uncircumcised male.i have problem in the skin of my foreskin of penis.when it not erect the skin looks normal.but when im masterbating when it comes erect and when again unerecting the foreskin looks so dry and like shining skin.but no any cracks no red spots or no any pain when pulling out.i get this time to time during last Two three years.it is mentally effect why this happen.what type of medicine i should take.normally after shower i use a tissue to dry my foreskin before wear undergarment.i use soap to clean my foreskin.and recently i had ciprofloxacin 500mg for a loose motion also.i do not apply any cream or lubricant on penis.
