I'm Am Having A Lot Of Problems With My Vigina

I'm am having a lot of problems with my vigina I have already had my period it was a month late but I've been off of it for a week now But earlier I felt like I was discharging so I went to the restroom and I had pink discharge when I wiped. I have had a headache for days and my stomach feels like there are butterflies but it's more of a sick feeling and I'm always tired. I have taken pregnancy test but they come back negative please help me
