I'm An 87 Year Old Female, Woke Up Very Confused

I'm an 87 year old female, woke up very confused this morning. I know my birthdate, know my kids but can't remember how to get to kitchen or others rooms in my small house. I knew I needed shoes on & knew they were in a closet but couldn't find the closet. I could not remember where things are suppose to be. But I can carry on a conversation with my son.
