I'm An African American Female, Age 50. I've Been Taking

I'm an African American female, age 50. I've been taking 50 mg metoprolol succ for 5 years and my blood pressure has been pretty stable. I'm about 15 lbs over weight, I eat healthy about 90% of the time, and walk an average of 1 hour a day. Labor Day week I went on a cruise to Bermuda, where I ate whatever I wanted. I felt good and did a lot of walking, last week I had a headache for 3 days and my bp was 160 over 90. I'm taking a potassium tablet once a day and drinking hibiscus tea several times a day. What can I do to bring my bp down?
