I'm An IV User That Mainly Uses Through Injection When

I'm an IV user that mainly uses through injection when using meth. I normally do one shot a day, from 20 to 40 units and I fix mine kinda thick... I've always had to push dose in slowly because my vein would hurt if I tried to push it in fast. I only use my left arm and I've always used same spot in the pit of elbow joint. Occasionally I use my wrist because I sometimes have little veins from being dehydrated. The last time I shot in wrist I didn't miss and done almost entire shot fine, until I pushed in last drop including air bubble and directly after my wrist where shot was injected swelled up and my entire hand went numb. It took a couple hours but i did regain feeling in my hand and swelling went away but ever since there has been a knot and when I touch it I get numb feeling where it is at. I make a living working in a Chicken plant doing de-bone. I use my hands all day cutting tenders, wings, and breast inspection.... I just now did a shot in my left arm elbow-pit (Which is my "honey hole" that I can always hit) and directly upon finishing shot I encountered these symptoms: splotchy redness of skin, swelling of entire arm, poor blood circulation to hand making hand and forearm cold, numb, bluish in color.... What is wrong with my arm/vein and should I go to ER? I am not scared to go, but at same time don't want my parents knowing I was at hospital due to shooting up.
