I'm An Obese 32 Yr Old Female @ 5'8 And

I'm an obese 32 yr old female @ 5'8 and 230 lbs, down from 330 lbs 1.5 years ago with the help of amphetamine, and have been having pain intermittently in my right flank in back and under the ribs in front, which gets more intense the longer I remain still, feeling much like the pain in the months leading up to a gall bladder removal several years ago.
I have been eating healthy home-cooked meals for the years since the bladder removal, rarely consume fast food @ less than once per month, a soft drink once or twice per week, and water the rest of the time.
According to a recent blood test, I have high hemoglobin (16.3), hematocrit (49.8), and red blood cell count (5.56)
I smoke less than 5 cigarettes a day (the tail end of a long road to quitting) and do not live at high elevation, nor work out excessively.
Also, I often feel nauseous when preparing to eat. Assuming this is a result or side effect of amphetamine chemicals decreasing the good bacteria in the stomach or intestines, I've begun eating a homemade probiotic and taking a garlic supplement, which seems to work.
Could anything I'm doing be the cause of the high blood counts mentioned above?
What could cause the pain in my right side if the gall bladder is gone?
