I’m an overweight man. For about 3-4 weeks now, I’ve had a slight pain in my left nipple when I lay on it or press against it. Other than that, sometimes it may feel swollen but nothing debilitating. It feels swollen but doesn’t feel abnormal, as in, I can feel the same glands and stuff in the other breast, but in the one that has the sore nipple, the glands feel swollen.
