I'm Being Bullied By An Older Nurse Because I'm Applying

I'm being bullied by an older nurse because I'm applying for a STAT RN position that she feels another seasoned critical care nurse should receive. However, I have a BSN, my CCRN, TNCC, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, BLS, CRRT trained. All of which other candidate does not posess. She gas a diploma certificate and enrolled in RN-np online program. I'm currently enrolled in full time MSN program in nurse education. What in the world do I do? I'm sheltered/ private schools/ not used to this
