I'm Being Tested For Multiple Myeloma. I Broke My Left

I'm being tested for multiple myeloma. I broke my left foot two days ago and foot keeps going numb on the inside edge and two toes. I suddenly today started feeling very nauseous, light headed and cold. Low grade fever just started as well (99.2). Should I be concerned? Only partial lab results have come in and my ferritin is at 15, increase in wbc decrease in rbc.
