I'm Being Treated For A UTI. I Have A History

I'm being treated for a UTI. I have a history of UTI'S. My doctor said I had Enterococcus Faecalis bacteria in my urine. I was prescribed cypro for 10 days. 1 every 12 hours. It didn't work. After 2 weeks I was prescribed cypro for 7 days. 1 every 12 hours. That didn't work either. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this infection and what I can do. Thanks. Dave
