I'm Being Treated For Cellulitis And Am On Two Antibiotics--keflex

I'm being treated for cellulitis and am on two antibiotics--keflex is one, and I'm waiting to find out the name of the other. I also take three meds for depression/anxiety--and these have been ongoing for a several years.
If I feel jittery and on the verge of tears, my face itches and I feel unable to concentrate, to what should I attribute these symptoms--the condition, or the meds?
