I'm Bleeding From The Rectum Like Diarrhea. I Thought It

I'm bleeding from the rectum like diarrhea. I thought it was because of the fruit I ate. (watermelon, grapes berries, etc) About 4 O'clock p.m. (lots of blood); another movement at 8:30 p.m. (lots of blood, again running
like diarrhea, both times dark red) I have no pain or any symptoms. I am concern with the amount of bloody diarrhea. I have no great urge to go, it just comes out when I sit on the toilet.
