Im Caring For A 63 Yr Old Lady Who Had

Im caring for a 63 yr old lady who had a stroke back in Sept. 2016 and her blood pressure has been dropping. When i check her BP, its around 107/88 and the next, its 70/44 and then her sugar will rise into the 190-270 range. Shes on Imdur for her blood vessels and I was just curious if that can have anything to do with her sugar rising and BP lowering. Also she is currently taking Lantus 20 units and Humalog on a sliding scale 4 times a day which I think is alittle to much. Any advice:?
