I'm Coming Down Off Of Meth At The Moment, And

I'm coming down off of meth at the moment, and I have some type of ear wax build up that looks dark brown and blackish coming out of one er, and the other had a clear fluid coming out of the other. I have also been hacking up white phlegm that also has white pieces floating in it. I snorted, smoked and ate the crystal and have been on it for the last 4 days. Do not want to go to the ER because it's in my system. Advice and diagnosis if possible please?
