I'm Confused On What These Things Are On My Leg..

I'm confused on what these things are on my leg.. I'll try to discribe them. It kind of looks like a pimple, but bigger. And they are itchy at some times and they bleed after I scratch on them. They have little scabs on them too. But I've gotten hydrogen peroxide and they seem to be getting better but I've tried searching up on site to find out what they are. But I have no other choise but to ask you /:
