I'm Considering Using A TENS Instrument. My Pain Is In

I'm considering using a TENS instrument. My pain is in the trochanteric area due to hip drop. And the hip drop is due to the weakened gluts, which is due to demyelination. And the demyelination is due to a peripheral neuropathy which we won't get into here. So, if it's your opinion that TENS would help relieve that area of pain and hopefully reduce the nerve pain also, which unit would you recommend?
