I'm Convinced I Have Throat Cancer.. Feels Like Someone Is

I'm convinced I have throat cancer.. feels like someone is squeezing my throat and my upper left collar bone hurts. I have had frequent heartburn my whole life which has never caused me any issues and is usually resolved with tums or a glass of milk. That same left side of my throat feels tighter than the right. This has been going on for about 2 months now. I noticed some days it isn't so noticeable but most it is always there. So worried.
