I'm Coughing Up A Lot Of Phelm. Every Time I

I'm coughing up a lot of phelm. Every time I have anything I start coughing this ball like stuff up, coughing very hard so am urinating. I have gerd. I'm 76 yrs old. this has been going on almost a month. If I have a fever it's only a mild one.I also have fibromyalgia, BP is slightly elevated. I went to ER and got 3 days of sulfa. but it's back again. I am stressed and fatigued. Today I slept in until 2:30 - most unusual. Any suggestions ? Thank you for your help. Nancy
