I'm Curious If You Are Familiar With FL State Laws

I'm curious if you are familiar with FL state laws on drug testing pregnant woman. Here is my situation. This is pregnancy number 4 and by far the worst. From the moment I got pregnant I suffered severe vomiting (8+x a day) couldn't even keep down water, I could not even get out of bed and as a stay at home mom to 2 children that wasn't a option. I tried 2 different nausea medicine prescribed to me thru my doctor none of which worked. The only thing that worked was smoking marijuana. I quit smoking at 32weeks once finally given a nausea medicine that helped but now I am afraid that my ob will order mandatory testing of me and baby because of positive tests during prenatal care and I may not be cleaned out in time. I guess basically what I'm wanting to know is will they automatically test me and the baby and if they do and negative will they still test the baby( not sure if it clears out in same frame) I do regret my choices but I made these decisions because I felt I had NO other choice.
