I'm curious to find out how long will it take to clear my blood and urine of cotinine. I've been smoking for 3 years and been having 10 to 17 cigarettes a day. I have not been smoking for 2 week cold turkey and doing fine, thank goodness. First 3 days were rough but I'm good now.
