I'm Currently 36 Weeks Pregnant. On My First CBC My

I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant. on my first CBC my platelet count was 254 6 months after it drops to 134 and in the past 2 weeks it had dropped to 125. Im confused between pregnancy symptoms because i had been bleeding out my nose, my gum bleeds all the time when i brush my teeth and i have a bumpunder both of my armpits. any test i can do ?anything am I doing wrong?
