I'm Currently 38 And As A Child I Was Diagnosed

I'm currently 38 and as a child I was diagnosed with Attention deficit problems. I was prescribe Adderall at the age of 10. I stoped taking the medication around the age of 12. Now that I'm getting older I feel these same issues coming back. I don't have a good attention span. I can't stay focused on my work. I find myself daydreaming a lot. At my age would it be a medication that I should consider again?
