Im Currently 39 Weeks Pregnant And I've Currently Been Having

Im currently 39 weeks pregnant and i've currently been having this excessive vaginal discharge after i urinate. ita white but not thick and it always has my underwear wet..i have soaked through a few pantyliners and went through three pairs of underwear today because of this problem...is my water trying to break, should i be worried, whats going on???
