I'm Currently 4 Months Pregnant As Of Tomorrow, And Recently

I'm currently 4 months pregnant as of tomorrow, and recently noticed a few tiny pimple looking things on the inside of my vagina lips, they're a little bigger than the tip of a pen. They weren't painful, but I have been touching them and looking at them so now they are somewhat painful. Is this anything serious?
