I'm Currently 6.6 Weeks Pregnant And I Did An Ultrasound

I'm currently 6.6 weeks pregnant and I did an ultrasound when I was 6.2 weeks.The report was normal,feutus and heart beat was there.The next day I had brownish reddish discharge and it became red.Yesterday I passed 2-3 blood clots in the bathroom.The doctor had given me duphaston tablets an adviced complete bed rest.I do not have any pain or cramps.My question is when will light bleeding which comes and goes stop and the big question is is my baby safe.I'm very worried
