I'm Currently 7 Days Late For My Period. My Cycle

I'm currently 7 days late for my period. My cycle is typically on time and has only been 1 day late/early on occasion. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests and both have come back negative. My breasts are slightly sore, I feel bloated and have had some slight cramping. Should I wait another week to test again?
