I'm Currently Going To Cold Turkey From 20 Mgs Anhydrous

I'm currently going to cold turkey from 20 mgs anhydrous morphine content (equal to = 2ml s of the tincture) daily dosage of opium tincture ( which is unfortunately easy to obtain in my country without prescription ). which way would be the easier and less painful way to get off this tincture ? tapering my dosage or going cold turkey like I am going to do right now... as home remedies I've got plenty of Alprazolam tablets, Amitriptyline tablets, Quetiapine tablets, Clonidine and Loperamides...
if ya find tapering working better for this situation how should I taper my opium tincture daily dosage of 2cc.
