I'm Currently On 10mg Of Cipralex And Was Prescribed 500mg
I'm currently on 10mg of Cipralex and was prescribed 500mg of Levofloxacin for 10 days for an infected ingrown toenail.
Now I'm reading that there's a moderate major risk of these drugs interacting to cause prolonged QT syndrome.
This didn't come up at my pharmacy where I get all my prescriptions and the prescribing doctor didn't seem too concerned as she knew I was taking cipralex.
What are your thoughts?
