I'm Currently On Antibiotics For Cellulitis On My Leg. I

I'm currently on antibiotics for cellulitis on my leg. I stayed home from work one night (I'm an overnight stocker at a supercenter) and took my antibiotics and applied ointment as I've been instructed. I'm noticing that the redness has faded, but pinkness has spread down from my calf to my ankle and the affected area seems to have grown in size. Is that a part of the healing process or is it a sign that it's getting worse?
