I'm Currently On My Period Because I Am Taking The

I'm currently on my period because I am taking the pill Estelle to regulate my period but recently between my periods I have been having brown coloured discharge and now during my period when I pee I suffer from sever tummy pain cramp like pain, it's not that bad but it uncomfortable and happens every now and then. What is and what can I do to fix it without busting my doctor I live very far away from a town/citie. I'm not 16 have no underlying health issues and I'm regularly pretty healthy.
