I'm currently on suboxone for chronic pain management. It works well for me. I take 5 (8mg/2mg) tablets a day. I'm scheduled for knee replacement surgery next month. I'm worried about the suboxone not being enough for the extra pain. Do I have to go off suboxone before I can take anything else to help with the surgery pain?
