Im Currently On The Nuvaring. About 1 1/2 Weeks Ago

Im currently on the nuvaring. About 1 1/2 weeks ago i had some bleeding that was unexpected and lasted a couple hours. Then about 2 days ago i had bleeding that lasted like 2 hours, now today i am experiencing the same thing and it only lasted about 2 hours also. Yesterday i had sharp stabbing pains in the area where my left ovary would be. What could this be?
