I'm Dealing With Two Things,one A Persons House I Went

I'm dealing with two things,one a persons house I went to had bed bugs, and another person related to them but in a different house had staph, I now have two bits on me, and am itching, I have bedbug spray and antibiotics, but want to know if I only have bites or could casual contact be worse
