I'm Debating Whether To Wait On An Appointment Or Go

I'm debating whether to wait on an appointment or go to the emergency room. I'm 56 and have been experiencing some pain in my shoulder and left arm along with some periodic feelings of not quite getting enough air. I also have been very fatigued lately (last week or so).
