I'm Diagnosed As Bipolar. I Currently Take 200 Mg Of

I'm diagnosed as Bipolar. I currently take 200 mg of lamotrigine and 200 mg of seroquel. I've been having moments when i become completely confused and don't remember where I am or what I am doing and I also can't recognize anyone i know for around ten minutes. This has become more and more constant. I'm just looking for a guiding hand in this as I don't know what to make of it. Thanks
