I'm diagnosed with hemiplegic migraines and I'm on amitriptyline. I'm still getting frequent headaches so I'm also taking migraleve. I'm currently experiencing a headache that feels like a tornado in my brain. It's as if I can feel things moving around and pushing to get out. Is this just a typical headache too or should I be concerned?
