I'm Due To Start My 3rd IVF Cycle Nov.15. Today

I'm due to start my 3rd IVF cycle Nov.15. Today my IVF nurse called with my day 3 blood work results and ,y TSH has gone up to 8.67. She told me to contact my primary endo which I did today. I'm currently on 125mcg Synthroid. But back in Feb I was on 175 mcg and my TSH was 1.54. My endo gave me a new script today for 175mcg. So my question is will my TSH come down to 4 by Nov.15 (which is 13 days)!when my IVF cycle is due to begin? (Because my IVF nurse said my TSH needs to be 4 or lower or I can't start the cycle)
