I'm Experiencing A Lack Of Bass In My Left Ear!

I'm experiencing a lack of bass in my left ear! I recently was struck in the ear and this left me with what I think is a lack of low frequencies. Also, when I blow my nose, I can feel air escaping my ear canal, as well as a noise similar to a jet or "white noise" on a boob tube. Halo?
