I'm Experiencing Difficulty Peeing And This Started After I Witched

I'm experiencing difficulty peeing and this started after I witched to a new body wash. The penis head area was very sensitive but that went away when I washed with my regular soap. The pain is subsiding when I pee so could this all be because i had a reaction to the new soap?
