I’m Experiencing Ear Discomfort. Seems Like A Mild Case Of

I’m experiencing ear discomfort. Seems like a mild case of airplane ear though I haven’t been on a plane in about 8 months. There’s a noticeable but slight buildup of pressure that seems to be intermittent. Mostly bothersome during the work day when i’m Moving around. Not as noticeable in the evening if I sit and watch tV. Not painful but annoying. My last ear seems to be sensitive to certain sounds which come across as scratchy sounding in that ear.
