I'm experiencing extreme pain in my right Achilles. It's very difficult to stand on and walk. Tylenol has zero effect. There's been no recent trauma to the foot but I do suffer from gout, usually brought on by foods which I haven't eaten recently, and my gout symptoms are almost always limited to my toes.
