I'm Experiencing Numbness And Coldness On One Side Of My

I'm experiencing numbness and coldness on one side of my brain with confusion and also sensory issues this has been going on for 3 weeks now. i also can't really think the same way i did before. I'm thinking i had a stroke... but i don't know, also when i lift my eye brows i only feel one part of my scalp go up the other part (my right side) doesn't.
