I'm Experiencing Pain In Top Of Left Foot, Making Walking

I'm experiencing pain in top of left foot, making walking painful. I've used ice packs & elevated it. Wore an ankle brace, too. Got an orthotic insert for my sneakers that seems to help some. But pain impacts my daily walk exercise routine. Help.
