I'm Experiencing Paint Down The Inside Of My Arms And

I'm experiencing paint down the inside of my arms and pain in my chest. Pain was more frequent down left arm but now happening in right arm. Experienced a little down my left leg. I feel fatigued as well. I've had a history of heart burn, acid reflux and stomach bloating. Any thoughts?
