I'm Experiencing Sharp Pains Between My Shoulder Blades. I Do

I'm experiencing sharp pains between my shoulder blades. I do have gastric reflux and take meds for it in the evening before bed. The pain came shortly after I laid down for bed. But I have never felt discomfort like this before. I am also having sharp pains in my chest above and below my left and right breasts. It has gotten better since I've gotten out of bed to type this, but has shown up several times this week.
I am sure it's just related to the reflux, but what alarmed me was how fast it came on and the fact that it is now sharp pains instead of a burning, acidic feeling like normal. Can you help solve the mystery!
