I'm Experiencing Sharp Stabbing Pains On My Head Just Behind

I'm experiencing sharp stabbing pains on my head just behind my left ear. Low behind ear lobe. Strikes without warning or reason. Often happens also when swallowing a drink. Also if I cock my head to the right I can feel it. Getting worse over the last few weeks.
