I'm Experiencing This Terrible Toothache On The Right Side Of

I'm experiencing this terrible toothache on the right side of my mouth, and it's causing horrible pain to my ear on that same side. Just yesterday whilst I was at work, I was real thirsty. I became so sleepy that the yarning became uncontrollable. I had to take a break because I felt I was going to pass out. Please someone help me.....thank you!
